What is Transform 20?
Some coaches were asked to be a part of a coach test group for this new program, Transform: 20 by Shaun T. This group of coaches were given access to the nutrition plan, the program guide, 6 weeks of workouts that were live streamed with Shaun T daily and a private group where Shaun T himself coached them personally through the program.
The only equipment that you need for this program is a step. This program was designed specifically to shred and tone your entire body in only 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week!
The Program consists of 3 phases, each one being two weeks long, that is broken down like this:
Shaun T motivates you to keep "Transforming" by increasing your reps more and more each week!
The program does have a modifier so I would recommend this program is for all fitness levels because you can start where you are and are always improving!
If you are short on time, this program is for you! Think about it...you can do almost anything for 20 minutes!!

This program will be coming to BeachBody on Demand April 1, 2019. However, you pre-order the program now with me so you cna purchase December 4, 2018 and gain access to the January 14, 2019 VIP Early Access!
